IIM Sirmaur Outsource Staff Recruitment 2025 – Walk-In Interviews

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur is inviting candidates for various office staff positions on an outsourced basis. Recruitment will be through a walk-in interview process for contractual appointments in Administration, Finance, Placements, IT, and Horticulture.   • Assistant (Finance & Accounts): 2 posts. Essential: Bachelor/Master's in Commerce or MBA (Finance) with 55%+, preferably pursuing ICWA, and 2+ years relevant experience in finance/accounts (Tally, GST/TDS).
  • Assistant (CMDP/Placement/Stores/Admin): 3 posts. Essential: Bachelor/Master's in any discipline (55%+), 2+ years relevant experience, strong computer, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Horticulture Assistant: 1 post. Essential: Bachelor/Master's in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry (55%+), 2+ years experience in horticulture/forestry.
  • Assistant (Information Technology): 1 post. Essential: Bachelor/Master's in Computer Science (55%+), 2+ years relevant IT experience (hardware/software/AV support).

All posts are on an outsourced, contract basis. Initial duration: one year; extendable by another year per performance and institute need.

Salary & Age Limit

  • Salary: Approx. ₹26,000 per month (Highly Skilled category, notified by Ministry of Labour & Employment).
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on interview date.

Eligibility & Selection Process

  • Indian citizenship is mandatory.
  • Relevant educational qualification and experience per post.
  • Selected via walk-in interview—evaluation on academic record, experience, and personal interview.

Walk-In Interview Process

  • Report at IIM Sirmaur campus on assigned date and time (late arrivals not permitted).
  • Bring completed application form (download from notification PDF), updated biodata, recent photo, originals & photocopies of all qualifications and experiences.
  • No TA/DA for attending interview. All appointments purely temporary, via manpower outsourcing agency.
