Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Compensation
Selected candidates will receive attractive consolidated remuneration as per the post:
- Additional Chief Risk Manager: Rs. 3.85 lakh per month
- Risk Managers: Rs. 3 lakh per month
- Producer Organization Manager / GI Manager / Startup Manager / Senior Consultant: Rs. 1.50 lakh per month
- Financial Analyst: Rs. 1.75 - 2.00 lakh per month
- Data Scientist-cum-BI Developer: Rs. 15 - 21 lakh per year
- Senior Statistical Analyst: Rs. 2 lakh per month
Contract Period
- Initial contract period: 2 years
- Extendable up to a maximum of 5 years based on performance
- No claim for permanent employment in NABARD
