Eligibility Criteria for the Posts
Candidates applying for the NABARD Young Professional Programme 2025-26 must satisfy the eligibility criteria as on 01 November 2025. Applicants must have the required educational qualification and relevant work experience for their chosen discipline.

- Age between 21 and 30 years (born between 01-11-1995 and 01-11-2004)

Remuneration
Selected candidates in the Young Professional Programme will be paid a monthly stipend of ₹70,000/- (all inclusive). Income tax and other applicable deductions will be made as per rules.
Duration of Engagement
The Young Professional engagement is for an initial period of one year, which may be extended up to a maximum of three years based on performance and organizational requirements.
Selection Process
The selection for NABARD Young Professionals will be conducted through a two-step process:
- Application Screening: Shortlisting based on eligibility, academic performance and work experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated by the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC) through presentation and interview.
